The male “G” spot has been identified as the prostate gland. It is situated (like the female “G” spot) around the urethra at the neck of the bladder. The prostate gland has an organic function helping to produce the fluid that carries sperm into the vagina during intercourse. Many men discover that stimulation of the prostate before or during intercourse can result in an extremely intense orgasm, during which they ejaculate in a gentle stream rather than in spurts.
It is very difficult for a man to find his own “G” spot, or prostate gland. The best position for discovering the gland yourself is to lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, or with your knees drawn up to your chest. Insert your thumb into the anus and press against the front wall. Your prostate should feel like a firm mass about the size of a walnut, and when it is stimulated, it should produce feelings of intense sexual excitement.
The anus is delicate, unused to having things insetted into it, and is not a naturally lubricating organ. Ensure that fingernails are short and that fingers are well lubricated with KY jelly or a similar substance so as not to cause damage.
If you want your partner to stimulate you, lie down on your back and have her gently insert a finger into your anus. Allow yourself enough time to become accustomed to having her finger there, then have her feel up the front rectal wall until she finds your prostate and massages it firmly. Then she can stroke the gland in a downward direction. This can be tiring to both partners but is made a little easier for yourself if you pull your knees back towards your chest. Without her even touching your penis you will probably become erect and have an orgasm.
This manoeuvre is not as “messy” as a woman may perhaps think, since unless you are constipated, there are no stools in your lower rectum. Your partner must, however, wash her fingers at once and must not touch inside her vagina, or bacteria could be transferred to her from your anus. Some women feel better if they use a disposable plastic glove, especially since it gives some protection against transmitting the AIDS virus.
Some women like to fellate their partners at the same time as massaging the prostate, and you might suggest this to your partner as well.
